"First Bit" and the Omsk poultry farm "Rus" have completed a joint project to introduce 1C:ERP. This "First Bit" reported on June 1, 2023.

Previously, Rus used a bundle of solutions "1C: Trade Management," "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Enterprise Accounting." The company lacked flexible reporting from production and growth opportunities. To keep up with the times, management decided to switch to a single information system based on 1C:ERP.

Other goals of the project included cost optimization, product acceleration, traceability, quality improvement and increased sales turnover. It was necessary to debug production, regulated accounting, budgeting and treasury systems, as well as CRM functions.

All goals were achieved using only 1C products. The 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 system was strengthened with additional modules for APK, Poultry and CRM, as well as seamless integration with the 1C: KORP Document Management program.

Specialists of the First Bit ensured the accounting of production indicators of incubation and cultivation of poultry, made the cost calculation automatic and transparent.

The corporate document management system opened up opportunities for further growth and reduced the cost of working with documents.

Sales automation reduced order processing time by 30%, and then increased sales. Earnings rose 7-9%.

Thanks to the transition to a single management IP based on 1C:ERP, the company has significantly simplified the collection of reports. The processes of regulated accounting accelerated by 90%, and the managerial - by 60%. Costs and labor costs were also reduced, material resource turnover improved, and productivity increased.
