2023: Implementation of "1C: Salary and Human Resources Management 8 CORP"
The 1C multilingual system helps Atomstroyexport monitor the work of 20,000 employees involved in the construction of nuclear power plants in Bangladesh. This was announced on June 2, 2023 by Lad.
The project team IT of the company Lad has automated personnel accounting and calculation salaries on the project for the construction of a nuclear power plant, Rooppur which Atomstroyexport (part of the Engineering Division of the State Corporation "") Rosatom is implementing in the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Simultaneous work of employees speaking both Bengali and Russian English Bengali was ensured. With the help of a specially developed " mobile application Employee Digital Passport," the interaction of personnel with the personnel department and management has been accelerated.
To effectively manage the work of personnel, the company needed an information system with a multilingual interface. It was necessary to organize personnel registration according to the national standards of the republic, to ensure the operational calculation of salaries and control over the work of employees.
The division already uses a number of products on the 1C: Enterprise platform, therefore, the 1C: Payroll and HR Management KORP system was chosen to solve the tasks.
The project was implemented in 10 months. The system was adapted to the requirements of legislation and the peculiarities of NRB taxation, a multilingual interface for employees was implemented. A mobile application has been developed for the operational interaction of personnel with management and human resources. In total, 300 jobs were automated.
1C: Payroll and HR Management provides operational personnel accounting and payroll for 20,000 employees in accordance with Bangladeshi law. To do this, the system has made more than 40 modifications, including: created directories of districts, tax zones, a tax calculation document, implemented a mechanism for batch calculation of vacations, travel and absences. The formation of personnel documents has been accelerated by 15%. Regulated and management reports on personnel are formed 30% faster. Management receives real-time data to plan and monitor personnel and labor costs.
A single interaction window has been created for managers, HR, HR and employees. Using the Employee Digital Passport mobile application, employees can familiarize themselves with the payroll and calculation of the motivational part of the salary, order certificates from the personnel service, issue a vacation or request for time off, record overtime, find contacts of colleagues or get advice from a specialist in the HR department. Managers in the mobile application receive and agree on employee statements, track the status of calls. After approval, personnel documents are automatically transferred to 1C: Payroll and HR Management for accounting and further processing.
