2023: Implementation of EDMS "Delo"

The Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Narcological Dispensary (GBUZ NSO NOKND) uses the Etla electronic document management system with support for electronic digital signature. This was announced by Atlas Soft on June 2, 2023.

There is no doubt that electronic document management increases the efficiency of medical institutions:

  • the electronic document management program automates the execution of standard documents, freeing medical staff from filling out papers;
  • doctors of different specialties can analyze the results of patient examinations and promptly give their conclusions to the attending physician without losing time for sending paper certificates;
  • the doctor can access the patient's medical record remotely, without waiting for it to be brought from the registry;
  • patients get the opportunity to remotely make an appointment, and the electronic queue simplifies the visit to the medical institution;
  • the interaction of the accounting department of a medical institution with insurance companies is accelerated, the execution of financial documentation is fast and unmistakable.

The Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Narcological Dispensary has been providing residents of the city of Novosibirsk and the region with specialized medical care of a narcological profile for more than forty years. In the arsenal of the drug treatment service, modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients. Some time ago, the management of NOKND decided to introduce an electronic document management system.

To solve this problem, EDMS "Etla" version 7.0 Pro was purchased, the capabilities of which were expanded using the plug-in "Support for legally significant EDS."

The deployment of the system was carried out by the developer's specialists. To do this, they performed the following works:

  • installed the system on the customer's servers;
  • registered users in the system and formed user groups;
  • have set up access rights to the system;
  • formed the document storage structure and the necessary directories;
  • have set up cards and attributes for Inbound, Outbound and Internal documents, as well as their automatic numbering, name and placement;
  • connected the support module of the legally significant EDS.

In addition, a business process was developed and launched, including the registration of an incoming document in the system, its approval and the appointment of a responsible person. If necessary, the system will form a response document, send it for approval, signing, and then forward it to the addressee.

It is expected that the introduction of EDO in the Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Narcological Dispensary will raise its work to a qualitatively different level.
