• The software is established on any server of a standard configuration that provides flexibility and scalability of a system
• The web user interface, visualizes process of communication and provides convenient access to additional materials. Besides, it gives platform independence and saves from need to install the client software program
• The personal account of the conferee allows to make settings and to use different services. The number of available settings and services depends on account type
• Not only subscribers of internal corporate network, but also external city and mobile (in the presence of the GSM gateway) subscribers can participate in a conference.
• Function of a call recording allows to write and save conferences without need to purchase the additional hardware and also to listen to already available sound files by means of the built-in player
• The scheduler of conferences from functions of informing participants by means of autocall-down, mailing of e-mails and/or (in the presence of the GSM gateway) Sms and also integration into the calendar of Microsoft Outlook
• Possibility of synchronization with the Active Directory
• FTP for storage of the written conferences and additional materials with a possibility of setup of the different access levels to each directory
