The Guryev MFC includes SMS opovesheniye in Case

In September of the current year in the Guryev MFC based on EDMS Case the functionality of SMS control of service execution is implemented.

Preface of functionality

The project on creation of the multifunction center for rendering state services in the city of Guryevsk of the Kaliningrad region was started in 2008. In 2009 for the organization of an electronic document management system within the project on opening of MFC the solution of EOS Group company Case was selected.

Start of Internet service which allowed to control course of execution of service by means of the personal computer or through the information booth using the Internet became one of the most important components of the project.

Mobile future

Now for users of MFC two functions are implemented: SMS informing and SMS request for the service performance course. Within SMS informing the applicant receives Sms at end of a certain stage of rendering service, and the second function gives the chance to the applicant at any time independently to send a SMS request and to obtain information on at what stage there is a service execution at present.

In implementation process of functions of SMS control over course of execution of service it was planned that additional configuring of the EDMS Case used in MFC will be required. However, there were enough internal systems capabilities: additional configuring was not required, only settings.

The SMS cервис начал to work in September of the current year.
