2023: Establishing a Payroll System

The First Bit design center in Krasnoyarsk and the Komandor network completed a large-scale automation project. As a result, a unified payroll and personnel management system was created for 11 thousand employees based on the KORP 1S:ZUP. This was announced by the First Bit on June 8, 2023.

The company "Commander" used an intelligent multi-platform enterprise management system for calculating wages and working with personnel, which had a closed code. It did not automate the subsystems of personnel selection, training and development of employees, labor protection. Global improvements were required to implement these subsystems. In addition, between the enterprise management program, 1C: Accounting"" and the solution for retail there was no automatic exchange, unloading and loading data was carried out in half-manual mode.

The project for the transition to the KORP 1S:ZUP system took almost two years. The duration of implementation is due to the large number of employees - about 11 thousand people - and the high coefficient of personnel turnover. First Bit specialists needed to process a large amount of data, as well as develop a number of additional tools for the enterprise.

For example, an automated workplace (AWS) of the calculator has been created. It allows you to make group calculation of documents, automatically calculate vacations, recalculate salaries, massively calculate layoffs, make payments under labor contracts and GPC contracts by subdivisions, banks, cash desks. Also developed are AWS for monitoring the timesheet, which approves the timesheet and individual schedules of employees, and AWS for vacation planning, which allows you to make a schedule en masse on the basis of planning. The introduction of such improvements has significantly reduced the labor costs of employees to perform these operations.

The company has more than 400 structural divisions located in five regions of Russia - Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk and Kemerovo Regions, the Republic of Khakassia and Tuva, which belong to different IFTS. This dictates the need to set up multi-group consolidated reporting, while regulated accounting is maintained separately for each store. Improvements in this direction have simplified reporting, as it is adjusted and filled out automatically.
