The company hh.ru June 8, 2023 presented the service of open analytics of the labor market hh Statistics. With its help, employers, job seekers, the media and any interested will be able to assess competition for jobs and demand dynamics in the desired market segment, compare trends in regions and professional areas, and in the future - get information about the proposed and expected wages.

hh Statistics provides high-quality upper-level labour market analytics. It is built on data from the hh.ru database, which is almost a million active vacancies and more than 60 million active resumes. This volume allows you to receive truly special information about the selection situation in Russia.

hh Statistics helps:

  • Keep up to date with market trends in order to adjust the recruitment strategy in time;
  • understand the reasons why this or that vacancy does not work;
  • find donor regions from which to attract applicants;
  • plan to open a business in the regions.

On the main page of the service, you can see all the basic data on the labor market: the level of supply and demand and the level of competition. From July, the proposed and expected salaries will be added to this data. Here you can also get similar statistics for any subject of the Russian Federation or its administrative center - just select the desired region on the map.

Below on the main page there are graphs reflecting changes in the main indicators, for example, hh.index, which demonstrates the level of competition in the labor market in the ratio of the number of active resumes and the number of vacancies. Thanks to the graph, you can instantly assess the dynamics of competition over the past two years and immediately understand which way the market is changing - employers or job seekers. If necessary, you can narrow the data to the professional area and region you need.

Other indicators are available on the home page, such as the change in supply and demand for the last month or year, as well as the structure of vacancies and resumes in different professional areas. The last two clearly show employers which employees in the labor market are most of all right now, which professional areas are the most competitive and where they will have to compete for candidates. In addition, an indicator of the change in the number of vacancies for people with disabilities has been separately presented.

With the help of hh Statistics, you can compare any indicators with each other - this applies to both data by regions and professional regions, and indicators for different periods of time. The Custom Analytics tab helps.
