2023: Plan to replace ATMs with touch screen devices with TellME software

By the end of 2023, the Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) will replace ATMs with devices with a touch screen and Russian TellME software (software). The bank announced this on June 8, 2023.

The old devices will be replaced by ATMs with a cache recycling function, which allow customers to carry out almost all types of financial transactions on their own, including contactless transactions.

The Russian TellME software registered in the register of the Ministry of Digital Industry is a multi-tender solution, that is, it supports ATM equipment from any manufacturer, which is important in the current fleet of ATMs of different generations and types.

The transition of the ATM fleet to this software guarantees the convenience, stability and quality of the services provided for the client, which is the most important priority for us, "said Vitaly Trepykhalin, Head of the ICD Information Technology Directorate.

The graphical client interface and integration with banking systems will be carried out on the basis of the Russian WebIUS solution. The entire logic of the client path works locally on the device, which reduces the load on the server and speeds up interaction with the ATM.

The WebIUS content management system allows you to build a continuous process of delivering updates and quickly outputting updated functionality to the entire fleet of devices. The WebIUS server platform provides complex integration solutions, and the open architecture makes it possible to create analytical add-ons for obtaining quantitative and qualitative feedback from a network of ATMs in a wide range of tasks.
