Rostelecom and the Tyumen region signed the agreement on creation of "the electronic government"

Rostelecom and administration of the Tyumen region signed the agreement on cooperation defining strategic partnership in the field of formation of infrastructure of "the electronic government" and transfer to an electronic form of services of authorities of the Tyumen region. The agreement was signed by the head of administration of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev and the vice president of Rostelecom for federal programs Alexey Nashchekin.

According to the signed agreement, Rostelecom on the basis of information provided by administration of the region will develop the offer on formation of infrastructure of "the electronic government" and transfer to an electronic form of services of regional and municipal bodies of the Tyumen region based on the solution for creation of a regional segment of "the electronic government" developed by it.

The solution for creation of a regional segment of infrastructure of "the electronic government" developed by Rostelecom allows each territorial subject of the Russian Federation to create a basis of this segment, to provide its integration with federal level and also gives the chance of receiving services of regional authorities by inhabitants of the region via the uniform portal of state services www.gosuslugi.ru.

As noted, the solution of Rostelecom for creation of a regional segment of infrastructure of "the electronic government" allows regions in the shortest possible time and without significant capital investments to begin providing regional and municipal services in electronic form.

According to the vice president of Rostelecom for federal programs Alexey Nashchekin, "Joint project with the Tyumen region first of all integration. Now in the area a lot of things are already made and integration of the departmental systems into a common information space for complex providing all services will be the main direction of our cooperation: federal, regional and municipal".
