History

2023: €1.9 million seed round close

with Startup the Russian roots, Uitrial announced on June 13, 2023 that it had closed a 1.9 million seed round euro from a Russian private fund.

Investments from Andrey Sergeyevich Olkhovsky's Hyperion private fund will allow Uitrial to scale the development of urgent products, launch market entry plans and attract new customers, which will support the exponential growth of the company.

For June 2023, the demand for Uitrial's Prism panel tool with analytics and understanding of the game without the need for typing is growing rapidly.

At the beginning of their activities, focusing exclusively on providing the best testers for studios, founders Christian Selle and Bogdan Pshenichny in 2022 noticed the potential of machine learning for a real revolution in the game testing industry. At the end of 2022, when the MVP was practically completed, they turned to investors and signed an agreement in the first quarter of 2023, completely closing the deal in the second quarter.

The macroeconomic environment has proved more challenging to attract funding than expected, "said Christian Vyble, founder and CEO of the company. - We are extremely grateful to our existing and joined investors who share our vision of faster and more informative game testing.

According to Grand View Research, the total video game market for June 2023 is $220 billion, growing with an annual rate of 12.9% until 2030, when it is expected to reach $ half a trillion. Inside Uitrial's narrow niche, game analytics is just the tip of the iceberg. The company's $720 million for SOM leads to a nearly $40 billion market for all streaming analytics applications assembled using computer vision and machine learning.

2022: Receiving $450,000 in private investment

Uitrial received the first round of private investment in the amount of $450 thousand in 2022 from Russian venture the Startech.Partners fund, angel investor Dmitry Morozov and others.
