Renaissance Bank's development strategy provides for ambitious plans to enter the market of the small and medium-sized business (SME) segment, actively attracting entrepreneurs to service and form competitive digital products and services for this category of customers.
The bank professionally approached the choice of the RBS platform. As a result, preference was given to a single omnichannel platform for remote banking services (RBS) Digital2GO BSS. This solution has incorporated special practices and almost 30 years of experience in the development and implementation of RBS systems in the Russian Federation and the CIS, dynamic current and prospective development, including synergies with speech technologies based on AI and ML.
During the implementation of the project, a functional, flexible, secure and easily scalable Internet Digital2SME bank is deployed, as well as a fully functional mobile office for financial management Digital2BM. Integration work was carried out to interact with the bank's information systems. About 10 functionalities were implemented at the request of the bank, including a change in the logic of a number of processes for the operation of internal banking systems. Also, the Internet bank and mobile application were rebranded in accordance with the customer's corporate identity. As of to data June 2023, work is already underway to implement overdraft functionality, and the bank's management has already outlined further steps to develop digital ecosystems for entrepreneurs by the end of 2023.
