2023: Serial Production Launch
Holding "Roselectronics" of the State Corporation Rostec launched serial production of ship television systems with the functions of a local computer network. The equipment will provide ship crews with telemedicine services and Internet access. Roselectronics announced this on June 21, 2023.
The ship's television system, created by specialists of the Neptune Research Institute (part of Roselectronics), is designed for installation at mobile facilities and coastal infrastructure facilities. It allows you to organize hands-free communication, a separate battery-free communication loop, television security surveillance in multithreaded mode with data storage function.
The TV system will provide ship crews with access to telemedicine services, use, satellite communication systems viewing of certain groups of television channels. In addition, the solution implements thin client technology, which allows the user to use any office application. The ship's management will be able to control access to the premises based on wireless tags with the storage of the entire history of visits, as well as install IoT sensors for collecting information weather conditions online.
This ship's television system allows you to create a high-quality information and communication infrastructure on the ship, as well as solve the training tasks of the crew during the voyage. The development engineers of the Neptune Research Institute combined the functions of a TV system with a local area network, which significantly expanded the functionality and technical capabilities of the equipment. At the same time, the architecture of the developed solution made it possible to completely abandon the use of storage systems. The object computer network will be able to significantly improve the quality of life of the crew while on combat duty. The system has already been accepted for supply by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, - said Sergei Pomazunov, interim general director of the Neptune Research Institute. |
