2020: Accounting automation

In 2020, a large producer of milk and dairy products, Knyagininsky Milk JSC, introduced automation of operational accounting within several subject areas at once. The multiproject was implemented by the Constant IT integrator. The press service of the company reported the details and results of the project.

Project Integrator Tasks

  1. Automate operational (monthly) accounting of production and used raw materials and materials by production stages;
  2. Ensure prompt monitoring of fat and protein balance compliance by inputs and outputs at each production stage in accordance with the specified balance criteria;
  3. Provide reliable information on product balances in the context of batches;
  4. Automate the accounting of laboratory test results (electronic analysis log);
  5. Ensure traceability of input of raw materials and materials batches into finished products

Multi-Project Roadmap 1. Implementation of MES-system of operational accounting in production on the basis of "ERP4Food" 2. Atomatization of client service processes based on "ERP4Food" 3. Integration with "Honest Sign" system based on "ERP4Food"

Project Summary 1 (MES Implementation):

  • Accounting and analysis of production operation is translated from manual format into automated information system
  • For each accounting rework, operational accounting of the output and movement of raw materials and semi-finished products is automated
  • Automated accounting of laboratory analyses of raw materials and products batches at each production site - electronic log of laboratory analyses
  • Batch record of production and traceability of raw material batches in finished product batches are organized
  • Reports on milk balance analysis of loss control, yield analysis have been set up

Project 2 Summary (Client Service Process Automation):

  • The functionality of the customer's system has been transferred from the 1S:7 platform to the updated industry software product ERP4FOOD
  • Automated work with cutting orders
  • Updated the list of reports generated in the system
  • Automated operation to break products into pallets
  • Track sheet printing is set up
  • Batch printing of documents is organized
  • Switched to a new EDI provider
  • Thanks to the implementation of the integration module with Mercury GIS, the process of drawing up documents (cancellation of incoming documents, formation of production and transport eMPA) has been accelerated by 4 times.

Project Summary 3 (Fair Sign Integration):

  • Functionality for automatic receipt of eMPA from the Mercury GIS and transfer of eMPA to the 1C: Honest Sign module has been implemented
  • The system generates shift tasks, provides codes for these tasks
  • Developed and configured functionality for printing Datamatrix labels on a printer and processing manual verification results
  • Implemented code ordering functionality for external printing house
  • The system is configured to communicate with the Fair Sign system with all major messages
