INDUSTRIX, the accelerator of Gazprom Neft, first began selecting technological startups at the stage of the idea. Previously, projects with a higher degree of study and a prototype solution were allowed to participate in the program.
The accelerator was created for the development of technological startups and innovative solutions in the field of fuel and energy complex, industry 4.0 and capital construction. Applications in this accelerator stream are accepted on the program website until July 5. It is waiting for developers from all over Russia, including students and graduate students of universities.
"Launching an accelerator for student projects and university teams is a consistent step towards expanding our technology portfolio. The results of the first stream of INDUSTRIX showed that the earlier the business begins to interact with developers, the higher the chances of effectively converting ideas into technologies, and scientific developments into applied projects, "said Alexey Vashkevich, director of technological development at Gazprom Neft.
The company's experts are already holding meetings with young specialists from universities in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Kazan and Ufa. The authors of the most promising ideas will receive expert support from Gazprom Neft specialists. Also, INDUSTRIX participants will be able to familiarize themselves with the best practices of technological entrepreneurs.
The finalists of the program will have the opportunity to finalize their initiatives to the level of a product, bring them to the market and replicate them in industry.
