2023: Fine - 19 million rubles for failure to repair two Kostroma polyclinics

The Onyx-Group company was fined 19.3 million rubles for violating the deadlines for the overhaul of two clinics in the Kostroma region. The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation announced this on June 22, 203.

According to the results of the audit of the audit carried out by the Buiskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Kostroma region of the implementation of the legislation during the implementation of the national project "Healthcare," it was established that the regional state budgetary institution "Capital Construction Department of the Kostroma Region" and OOO "Onyx-Group" signed two contracts for the overhaul of polyclinics in Buoy and the village of Chistye Bory, Buysk district. Within the terms stipulated by the contracts, the contracting organization did not fulfill the work, state contracts with it were terminated at the initiative of the customer, the Prosecutor General's Office said.

The Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office initiated 2 cases of administrative offense against the contractor under Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (actions that resulted in non-fulfillment of obligations provided for by the contract for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for the needs of customers, with causing significant harm to the interests of society and the state protected by law). Based on the results of the consideration, the company was brought to administrative responsibility and fined.

As added to the Prosecutor General's Office, by June 22, 2023, repair work is carried out by another contractor, their progress and results are under the control of the prosecutor's office.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Onyx-Group LLC was founded in 2014. The company is 100% owned by Alexey Makhno. The company acts as an executor under 20 government contracts.[1]
