Albert Kurshutov was born in 1978 in the city of Bekabad, Uzbek SSR

Education

In 2018, he graduated from the private Kazan Innovation University of Timiryasov in the direction of "Management."

Career

2014-2022

From 2014 to 2022 he was a deputy of the Yalta City Council of the I convocation.

From November 2016 to 2022 he was chairman of the standing committee of the Yalta City Council for urban planning, land and property relations.

In 2016, he was elected head of the United Russia party faction in the Yalta City Council.

In December 2022, he became Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Interethnic Relations of the Republic of Crimea.

2023: Appointment as ICT Minister of Crimea

On June 27, 2023, Albert Kurshutov was officially appointed to the post of head of the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov.

Aksenov, in turn, wished Albert Kurshutov in a new position of productive work, and also noted that he had previously worked in the State Committee for Interethnic Relations

The new decree cancels the decree of June 2, 2023, which appointed Sergei Dvurechensky as Acting Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea. Since April 2022, the Crimean Ministry of Information has been headed by Vladimir Tregub. At the end of May 2023, he resigned of his own free will.[1]
