The Skolkovo Technopark has installed a facial recognition system for access to offices and co-working space. The electronics placed on the input groups 5 and 6 of the core are triggered in 0.5 seconds. The press service of the Skolkovo Foundation announced this in June 2023.

We are talking about the introduction of Inoface technology developed by Metric B. According to the developers, the system includes a chamber module to maximize accuracy, recognition speed and cut off all possible attacks. The system recognizes a person even in a headdress or mask. The developers attributed the advantages of Inoface to the following:

  • high accuracy of identification;
  • complete access control;
  • unique technology for protection against hacks and attacks based on algorithms and a camera module of machine vision of the company's own design;
  • absence of human factor;
  • complexity of falsifying biometric features and data security.

Biometric Inoface terminals are developed and manufactured in, Kazan included in the catalog of radio electronic products Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia and have Russia's confirmation Ministry of Digital Science of compliance with the requirements for information technology and technical means intended for the processing of biometric personal data.

Ali Tenchurin, head of the Skolkovo technopark, says that in the very first days the system showed its convenience and effectiveness in ensuring contactless admission of employees to workplaces.
