2023: Opening of an enterprise for the production of equipment for oil and gas production for 1.23 billion rubles

In May 2023, the official opening of a plant for the production of import-substituting equipment for the oil and gas industry took place. We are talking about the project of the Mettoil company in the Sergiev Posad urban district.

Mettoil itself invested more than 900 million rubles in the enterprise. It is also planned to expand the plant's fleet of machine tools, investing another 330 million rubles in this. As a result of the project, the company plans to produce up to 13.5 thousand units of products per year. In total, the company will create over 170 jobs for residents of the Moscow region.

Official opening of import-substituting equipment plant for oil and gas industry

The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region called the new production site unique. The regional government provided Mettoil with a 1.9 hectare plot for rent without bidding. The plant is included in the register of regional investment projects and will be able to receive tax benefits up to seven years.

Mettoil produces high-tech downhole equipment for the oil and gas industry with 100% localization of production. The company is part of the TCC group, which calls itself the leader in the Russian lower completion market and, in particular, the leader in the production and lowering of equipment for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing (MFRP). Mettoil specializes in the production of such equipment.

The opening of the plant is always a pleasant event. I would like to wish that production expand, there is a stable demand, and victory in competition is ensured using technology and intelligence. I know that the company "TSS" (which includes the company "Mettoil" - approx. TASS) already has two patents for products. I wish them to continue to regularly appear and successfully introduce themselves into smart technologies, which ensure our economic sovereignty, - said the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, who took part in the opening of the enterprise.[1]
