2023: Purchase of two clinics in Moscow

In mid-June 2023, it became known that the Moscow network of multidisciplinary medical centers Major Clinic, owned by the owners of one of the largest Russian car dealers Major, was replenished with two clinics. Thus, the total number of centers in the Major Clinic reached four.

It is reported that in December 2022, M Advais LLC, owned by Major Auto co-owners Pavel Abrosimov and Mikhail Bakhtiarov, became the owner of NP Clinic. The latter managed the eponymous pain treatment clinic on Alabyan Street in Moscow. As noted on the clinic's website, its main task is to provide high-quality medical care based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The clinic is equipped with Schiller, Bowa, Zerts, etc. Monitors are installed in doctors' offices that help to clearly demonstrate what is happening to the patient and how treatment will be carried out.

It is known that the former co-owners of NP Clinics Dmitry Pak and Maxim Yakovenko left the company in mid-2022. They are engaged in the development of NP Clinic centers in Vladivostok and Ussuriysk.

In addition, as noted, in February 2023, M Advais LLC acquired Innovative Medical Technologies LLC (Major Beauty), which owned Beauty Clinic on Nakhimovsky Prospekt. This clinic, which began work in 2011, specializes in beauty procedures. The hospital includes two high-tech operating rooms equipped with modern standards.

The Major Clinic network includes two more structures. This, in particular, is a multidisciplinary center with a hospital in Moscow on Bolshaya Serpukhovskaya, opened in 2018 (originally it was called Polyclinic 101). In addition, there is a multidisciplinary medical center at the International.
