The main goal of the automation project was to create a single integrated information space with deep digitalization of the production level. It was necessary to study the existing functionality 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"," rework and adapt to 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"," transfer data, while not stopping the work of employees who already worked in the database 1C":ERP Enterprise Management 2."
The company automated 150 jobs.
The goals of the project have been fully achieved:
- Create a single integrated planning environment across the enterprise.
- Delivery from legacy IT architecture and Excel usage.
- Increase the speed of formation and reliability of management reporting.
- Create an information environment for effective interaction between all organizations defined in the project and their departments as part of end-to-end business processes.
The implemented concept of digitalization at the enterprise created the possibility of replicating this solution to other production sites of the CERSANIT group of companies.
