As a result of the project:

• Fully updated and introduced resource specifications and roadmaps.
• The process of placing new customer orders, pricing and mutual settlements with customers is organized.
• Processes for gathering requirements for purchasing, operational work with supplier orders, price management and mutual settlements are organized.
• The process of preparation of production, formation of tasks and stages of production, provision of production with materials and reflection of the fact of release on a weekly basis with the use of specialized AWS is implemented.
• Functions of interaction between subdivisions are established by means of formation of order documents.
• The scheme of work on incoming inspection of materials by the Quality Service has been implemented.
• Mechanisms of in-process control using specialized AWS are implemented.
• Various corporate financial reporting mechanisms have been implemented.

At the Ivanovo Cable Plant, activities were automated based on the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product. The implementation made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of management and distribution of resources at the enterprise, optimize cost accounting, control and optimize inventories, gain detailed control over the processes in the workshop, thanks to the transition to semi-finished production, and improve the quality of products through detailed control of each stage of production.
