The system being implemented must carry out the existing business processes and fully support the operational and financial activities.

The main difficulties and disadvantages of the current corporate system were expressed in the following:

  • Limited time to transition to PED.
  • The edge of the adapted configuration of the ERP system of a foreign manufacturer for the purposes of the holding required significant improvements on the 1C side.
  • Fundamental differences in the operation of operators of the western ERP system compared to the practice of working with "1C."

  • Big problems with the transfer of current data from the western ERP system to the "1C:ERP. Holding Management. "
  • Transfer of regulated accounting from western ERP system methods to "1C:ERP. Holding Management. "

As a result, the introduction of the software product "1C:ERP. Holding management "made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of management and distribution of resources at the enterprise, optimize cost accounting, control and optimize inventories, improve the quality of products by detailed control of each stage of production.
