"Departmental protection" automates payroll

The 1C-Vectro company completed the project of automation of payroll and personnel records in the St. Petersburg branch Federal State Unitary Enterprise Vedomstvennaya okhrana Minenergo Rossii.

As a result of implementation, expenses on maintenance of the automation system were cut down much, the transparency of accounting increased, the management received the effective instrument of cost control on personnel.

Background

Earlier personnel records in the St. Petersburg branch Federal State Unitary Enterprise Vedomstvennaya okhrana Minenergo Rossii were automated based on the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 program. In process of organization development, complication of problems of personnel records and payroll calculation, more and more changes were entered into an installed system. But there was still not enough functionality of such strongly modified solution for the solution of a number of tasks.

It was required to transfer earlier saved up data to a new system, having saved the history of calculations for the last year. It was the difficult task - in the company a significant amount of employees works and constantly there are employee transfers, the volume of annual document flow was very considerable.

All works took month. Ten jobs were automated.
