The first cafe, menus and interiors for which artificial intelligence has developed has opened in Russia. We are talking about an institution of Asian cuisine called Futuramen, which started working in Moscow on Pyatnitskaya.

According to him, with the help of ChatGPT, recipes were created that were adapted, since not all of them were immediately workers. In cocktails, for example, the neural network does not always feel what the balance of alcohol, sweetness and sourness should be. But she gives out very good ideas and combinations, Akbari said.

At the same time, the neural network determined that ramens should be served not on pork broth, but on beef, chicken or even with octopuses and the addition of red cabbage. This is logical, since it will attract to the institution a Muslim and Jewish part of potential customers who do not accept pork due to religion.

The average check in the institution is set at 800 rubles. The creators of the project are already thinking about scaling.

Ambartsum Amayakyan, co-founder of the Absolut restaurant automation platform, is confident that in the near future people will begin to feel the noticeable influence of neural networks in the field of catering thanks to individual recommendations of dishes based on human preferences and facial recognition technology. Still, he doesn't think AI can replace chefs in the coming years.

In turn, Oleg Suzhaev, the founder of the Restik restaurant cloud solutions system, explained that although neural networks have no restrictions on a certain base of dishes and all world cuisine recipes recorded by cooks are at its full disposal, this will still not be enough for the further development of catering chains, since recipes must adapt to each specific institution.[1]
