2008: Replication "Boss-Personnel"
The company "Pharmstandard" begins to replicate the HR management system "Boss-Personnel" at four of its subsidiaries. Previously, the system was introduced in the management company of the holding.
The management of the holding attaches great importance to the role of personnel in the development of the company and invests significant funds to attract, train and retain talented specialists using modern personnel management technologies.
During the use of the HRM system, the company managed to create a fully functional solution that meets the requirements of the personnel and financial services of the holding and is ready for replication in subsidiaries. The company additionally purchased 34 user licenses of the Boss-Personnel system and 4 licenses for the built-in development tool Boss-Designer. At all enterprises, the system (namely, personnel accounting and payroll modules) will run on the Microsoft SQL Server platform.
2005: Start of Boss-Personnel implementation
A project to automate the accounting of medical examinations for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies.
It was necessary to solve several problems:
- Automate the accounting of medical examinations in accordance with the new adopted procedure and list of requirements for reports;
- Implement the functionality of creating a list of employees on a given date with the display of the necessary data and fields from the database for sending to Rospotrebnadzor (personal data, class of working conditions, plans and frequency of further inspections).
Thanks to the introduction of the BOSS product, a solution was found.
- In the HR management system "BOSS" the corresponding functionality has been improved
and some kinds of reference books;
- A staffing form and new directories have been developed;
- An interface has been set up that allows you to record the fact of passing medical measures, the type of examination and the period.
The following results were achieved:
- Automation of processes allowed the company to control the timing and composition of events;
- It became possible to quickly generate reports for submission to supervisory authorities.
