2023: Implementation of the "1S:AZS" system

Praktion Company (IT-Oil Group of Companies) announced on June 29, 2023 that it has completed a project to implement the 1S:AZS system at NEFTEK, Republic of Kazakhstan.

As of June 2023, the NEFTEK gas station network has 20 stations that are multifunctional complexes, including shops, cafes and additional services aimed at a high level of customer service.

As part of the implementation of the comprehensive automation and business development program, NEFTEK opted for 1S:AZS, an industry solution for managing the activities of oil product supply enterprises engaged in retail and wholesale trade in various types of fuel, as well as related goods and services at gas stations.

Information system based on the typical configuration "1C: Integrated automation for Kazakhstan" and "1S:AZS. The module for UT, spacecraft, ERP "allows you to manage the filling station network and the oil depot, record and control all major wholesale and retail operations, including internal movements of oil products and goods.

An important feature of the project was the need to adapt this system to the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to the corporate features of NEFTEK, which was implemented both through the use of a local basic system and through improvements to the 1C: Gas Station system.

The NEFTEK network uses ACS, MasterPOS to automate operations directly at the filling stations, therefore, the integration and configuration of data exchange between this system and 1C: filling stations was carried out, regular loading of checks, receipts, prices and other necessary information was set up, control over the correctness of operations was ensured. Accounting and regulated accounting were transferred from ACS 1C: Neftebaz Rating to 1C: Gas Station.

To control the movement of petroleum products, fuel accounting was maintained from purchase to sale to end customers, including in the context of PIN codes, tanks and types of fuel, sources of origin of fuel, as well as other functions were implemented that allow taking into account the main costs along the entire fuel chain for management accounting, cost calculation and operational understanding of financial results.

With the help of the 1S:AZS system, more than 50 workplaces were automated both in the main office of the company for centralized management of the gas station network and at all facilities of the NEFTEK network. The introduction of the 1S:AZS system allowed NEFTEK to solve important strategic tasks and optimize business processes in terms of product assortment management, control over the movement of petroleum products and related goods, procurement and sales, including sales by fuel cards, interaction with counterparties and customers, accounting and operational accounting, and much more.
