The Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Irkutsk region connected six more branches to Case

The Territorial Fund of Compulsory Health Insurance of citizens of the Irkutsk region continues by GU workflow automation in the structures by means of the CASE system. The project conducts News Agency Referent LLC - the Silver partner of EOS Group in Irkutsk.

The first stage of the project on transition to electronic document management started in 2007. As the document flow automation system, after carrying out contrastive analysis of offers, the EDMS "DELO" which proved in use in the most different state and commercial organizations, including, territorial funds of health insurance was selected. At the initial stage of the project jobs of all chiefs of departments and a reception were automated. Using the CASE system registration of the arriving and sent documentation was provided, convenient mechanisms of control of performing discipline and interaction between departments are implemented. Also the option "Scanning" for the translation of paper documents in an electronic form was implemented.

For last year six large branches of territorial fund in the area are connected to the CASE system: Irkutsk, Angarsk, Brotherly, Ust-Ilimsk, Shelekhovsky and Ust-Orda. In them also means of the CASE system automate registration of the arriving and sent documentation, control of performing discipline and interaction between departments. In the near-term outlook further development of the project of automation is supposed. On the next stage the organization of corporate interdepartmental document flow a boundary by branches and executive directorate is planned. Also increase in jobs of the CASE system and the options "Scanning" in executive directorate of GU of TFCMI of citizens of the Irkutsk region is supposed.

Let's note that the CASE system is already used by many regional funds of health insurance. Among them there is a territorial fund of compulsory health insurance (TFCHI) of Primorsky Krai, TFCMI of the Omsk, Irkutsk regions, the Rostov regional fund of health insurance, TFCMI for the Republic of Khakassia and many others.

One of the most large-scale implementations – the project of creation of the Single system of electronic document management of compulsory health insurance (ESED compulsory health insurance) for automation of the Moscow Public Foundation of Compulsory Health Insurance. In a project deliverable over 600 treatment and prevention facilities were united in the single distributed information system.
