CX Belorechensk automated trade in own products

The Forus company completed automation of wholesale and retail trade in food on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in the agricultural enterprise "Belorechenskoye" which is engaged in poultry farming, production of egg, crop production, vegetable growing, livestock production.

The enterprise has more than ten divisions and 60 retail stores, performs wholesale and retail by self-produced food. A year ago the management of the enterprise made the decision on creation of own supermarket chain. In this regard it was necessary to create the tool for operational management and control of activity of the branched and territorially spaced retail network including outlets of different formats (supermarkets, small shops). The management needed to provide access to the operational and consolidated data necessary for acceptance of management decisions. Besides, a new system was required to be integrated with an accounting system.

During the project the software products "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8.0" and "Rarus were implemented and finished: Shopping Complex 8.0". Data exchange between these two systems was organized, recommendations about automation of retail outlets are made and control of implementation of a specialized software of retail outlets on pilot projects is carried out.

Today a system is brought into commercial operation in divisions in Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude and also in one of supermarkets in Ulan-Ude. Now more than 50 users work with a new information system.

In the nearest future it is going to replicate the solution on several supermarkets.
