Pioneer, Civil Code (Microsoft SharePoint)

In Pioner group system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) on the Microsoft SharePoint Server platform is complete. The project is executed by West Concept company. EDMS is a part of the general corporate system of management planned to implementation in Group within the coming nine months. As a result of system implementation of electronic document management the following results were achieved: the uniform corporate archive for storage of the worker, project, construction and organizationally allowing documentation is implemented; the automated procedures of formation of documents on the basis of templates with contextual start along approval routes are developed; work areas for computer-aided planning, the organization, carrying out and recording of meetings, meetings and negotiations are created.

Mechanisms and procedures of distribution of instructions, task managements and notifications on crucial events are also implemented; the convenient instrument of tracking of loading and armoring of public corporate resources and the equipment is implemented; the system of requests for service of internal administrative requirements is implemented.

Besides, the electronic cards of employees monitoring development of professional career and social status of each employee are entered; the specialized reports allowing to receive necessary analytics and indicator KPI for top management on observance of corporate labor discipline are implemented.

The single system of approval of documents at all stages of end-to-end productive activity of the company both between internal divisions, and with external partners is developed.
