LLC UK Service Management, a management company in Dobrograd, a Russian city 2.5 hours from Moscow, has completed the introduction of the software product "1C: Calculation of rent and accounting for housing and communal services" in order to automatically maintain records according to the standards of Russian legislation with the necessary modifications. A mobile application has also been developed, where, for the convenience of customers, a personal account was created to exchange information between residents and the management company. Before the start of the project, residents communicated with the management of the city and the Criminal Code through chats on social networks and a "book of reviews and proposals" on the site. The management company wanted to provide customers with the opportunity to pay and control charges for housing and communal services through a personal account and a mobile application integrated with 1C products, as well as increase the collection of charges for housing and communal services by creating a convenient service.
42Solution specialists installed and configured the software product "1C: Calculation of rent and accounting of housing and communal services," and then developed API functions in this software product. The web development team created a mobile application where, for the convenience of customers, a personal account was developed, creating a single environment for the exchange of information between residents and the management company. Users also now have a website and all messengers integrated with the CRM Criminal Code of the city. Thus, it is convenient to ask any household questions, call a locksmith, order cleaning or transmit meter readings. The application will automatically fall into the CRM system of the concierge service of the Dobrograd management company, created on the basis of Bitrix24. Residents of the city also have the opportunity to subscribe to the services of the management company through the created concierge service.
Thanks to the implemented project, the client managed to increase the collection of charges for housing and communal services from residents by 53%, - said Sergei Rozhdestvensky, General Director of the 42Solution.
