Centrsibnefteprovod develops Euphrates since 2004

Work of employees of Centrsibnefteprovod is followed by a large number of organizational and administrative documents, the entering and outgoing correspondence and also the technology and project documentation. For this reason for increase in efficiency of activity of the enterprise by the management of Centrsibnefteprovod the decision to implement an electronic document management system of EVFRAT was made. The first stage of works began in 2004.

Now using the EUPHRATES system in Centrsibnefteprovoda document flow of three geographically distributed divisions of the enterprise is automated. It allowed to create uniform base of electronic documents, to systematize accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence and also to formalize and accelerate processing of internal documents.

Thanks to the built-in tools adaptation and development of the EUPHRATES system are performed by forces of specialists of Centrsibnefteprovod. By their estimates, workflow automation of the enterprise allowed to reduce runtime of routine transactions with documents (registration, search, movement) by 7 — 10 times and to accelerate approval of documents by 3 — 4 times.
