On July 5, 2023, Yandex"" announced the launch of the Yandex.Business Trips organization business trips service. It helps companies to arrange business trips, and employees to choose the necessary tickets and services, taking into account the set of parameters.

As noted in Yandex, usually when making business trips, companies have to learn about the proposals of each agency, conclude separate contracts with them and connect to various online systems to control business trips. Yandex.Business trips significantly simplify this process: removes unnecessary bureaucracy, combines agency proposals, reduces travel costs and time for their registration.

Yandex announced the launch of the Yandex.Business Trips service

According to the developers, within the service, companies can manage the travel budget, quickly choose a supplier and conclude contracts, and receive travel statistics. Employees themselves choose transport and hotels, add the services they need, for example, transfer, insurance and additional luggage. The manager will only have to agree on the application.

With the help of the service, companies will be able to reduce business travel costs by an average of 3.7 times, and travel time - from 24 hours to 15 minutes, Yandex said. According to the project manager Maria Kolesnichenko, through the service you can arrange business trips to 209 countries and territories, including Guam and Gibraltar. Thanks to the "extensive hierarchical system of suppliers," customers can solve "non-standard tasks": for example, organize a helicopter flight from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for employees, an elephant trip in Africa, etc.

As of the beginning of July 2023, Yandex.Business Trips offers access to a wide pool of suppliers in the field of booking railway, air tickets, hotels and ground service in more than 200 countries. Yandex hopes that by the end of 2023 they will be able to connect up to 1000 customers to the service, and by 2025 the company plans to occupy up to 20% of the market.
