In June 2023, it became known about the project for the construction of the Voskresensky industrial park in Anapa. It will be located on an area of ​ ​ 20 hectares on the territory of the Voskresensky farm.

Among its future residents are industrial enterprises for the production of dietary supplements, furniture, fabrics, aerated concrete blocks, glass and double-glazed windows, products for the hotel and restaurant complex. It will also house the office of the management company and all industrial infrastructure facilities. After the park is put into operation, more than 300 jobs will be created.

The creation of the first industrial park in Anapa will be engaged in the Kuban group of companies "Phytopharm," which produces biologically active additives. This was reported by Interfax-Yug with reference to the Minister of Industrial Policy of the Krasnodar Territory Dmitry Khmelko. According to him, we are talking about investments in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles.

According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities by July 2023, PKF Phytopharm LLC was registered in 1992 in Anapa. The main activity of the organization is the production of drugs for human use. The founders are: Andrey Zavgorodny (52% of the share), Igor Zavgorodny (16%), Andrey Zavgorodny (16%) and Natalya Bondarenko (16%).

In addition, the Anapa administration and representatives of the Krasnodar Territory administration entered into an agreement with the investment holding AVA Group, which will take part in the creation of the industrial park.

Anapa is traditionally not only an all-Russian health resort, but also a large agricultural center of the Krasnodar Territory. Due to the special composition of soils and climatic conditions, the region collects a rich crop of vegetables and fruits, and the sea makes it possible to be a supplier of local seafood. Enterprises for the processing, storage of agricultural products are the existing need of the Anapa region. At the same time, the city is actively developing, the population is increasing, which creates the prerequisites for creating new jobs and developing business, - said Artem Shishkin, vice president of finance at AVA Group.[1]
