"Public catering" automates accounting in "A burgher court yard"

The SIBRON company automated accounting in a tavern "the BURGHER COURT YARD". The project is implemented based on "1C-Rarus: Public catering, edition 8, PROF".

About implementation

The management of the enterprise customer needed automation of accounting of the company. The customer attracted Sibron LLC company to project implementation.

Together with the solution "1C-Rarus: The public catering, edition 8, PROF" was used a product 1C-Rarus: Restaurant + Bar + Cafe.

Results

As a result of implementation of standard solutions "1C-Rarus: Public catering, edition 8, PROF" and 1C-Rarus: Restaurant + Bar + the Cafe, in an information system is included conducting accounting and tax accounting.

Process of receipt of products, drawing up calculations, warehouse movements, production of procurements and dishes, sales of products and dishes is automated.

As a result of the executed project:

• the service level of visitors raised
• control over an expense of monetary and material values is provided
• cost accounting of semi-finished products and dishes is automated
• operational accounting of purchases and sales is automated
• reflection of economic transactions in accounting and tax accounting is optimized

From the director of customer company

According to the director Tatyana Tatarinova, the created information system allowed to optimize work of a tavern. Order amounts are automatically counted, and calculation of visitors is made. Bartenders and waiters pay more attention to the client and quicker service. Data on sales are quickly obtained, it is analyzed what of dishes are most demanded by visitors — it allows to adjust quickly work of a tavern and, thereby, to be competitive, to attract new loyal visitors and to save old (constants).
