On July 6, 2023, the Homnet Group of Companies announced that it had automated the work of the Instance Rus HR service.

"Instance Rus" occupies one of the high positions in the Russian Federation among instant coffee producers. Instanta Rus is the creator of STM (its own trademark), new coffee brands for large chains of super and hypermarkets, trading companies and catering enterprises.

1C: Production Plant Management The system "" (hereinafter referred to as "1C: UPP"), on the basis of which the work of the company's divisions is built, is in operation at Instance Rus. In 2026, the company 1C"" intends to stop supporting "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management." In view of this circumstance, Instance Rus initiated the replacement of the current system. The implemented information system will be built in stages using 1C software products. First of all, the company's management decided to automate the unit, which includes personnel accounting, personnel management and payroll.

The project was carried out jointly with Khomnet Group of Companies on the basis of 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 KORP (hereinafter referred to as 1S:ZUP KORP), it included the following stages:

  • Develop an exchange rule for uploading data from the 1S:UPP database
    • Preparation of data in the database "1S:UPP" and transfer of data to "1S:ZUP KORP" for 01.01.2023 years
    • Reconciliation of regulatory reference information
    • Reconciliation and setup of accruals and deductions
    • Reconciliation of average earnings for calculation of vacations, business trips, sick leave, personnel data, vacation balances
    • Role System Setup and User Establishment

  • Development of exchange rules for uploading documents from the "1S:UPP" database and transfer of documents to "1S:ZUP KORP"

    • Development of exchange rules for uploading documents for January 2023 from KORP 1S:ZUP to 1S:UPP
    • Transfer of documents for January 2023 and check of correct calculation
    • Create rules for uploading the document "Posting wages to reg. accounting "from" KOP 1S:ZUP "and loading into" 1S:UPP "

  • Training of users to work in the "1S:ZUP KORP" system
  • Test operation

Automation work started in January 2023 and by the end of the first quarter, 1C: Payroll and HR Management of 8 KORP system was handed over to the Customer for commercial operation and put on support.

On the basis of 1C: Payroll and HR Management of 8 KORP system, the entire range of tasks Human Resources Management, personnel accounting wage and payment calculation is automated in accordance with the current legislation.
