The cloud Cloud․ru Advanced IT company's team servers moved the platform from the previously used ones to the Elastic Cloud Server base, connected Elastic Volume Service block storage and the S3-compatible Object Storage Service object storage to download panoramic photos based on the results of construction control, as well as RDS for PostgreSQL hosting databases.

Initially, for hosting the platform and application, Osnova Group of Companies used the resources of one of the hosting companies with a classic approach to offering computing power. But as the product developed, the company's IT team came to the need to use a cloud with a more flexible infrastructure, greater performance, and faster auto-scaling for periods of unpredictable peak loads.

The process of preparing for migration and moving to the Cloud.ru cloud took 14 days. During this time, the provider's specialists investigated the task, demonstrated services and the administration panel, and also created a working group for technical support of Osnova Group of Companies throughout the process. The company's IT team conducted tests, discussed with the provider the future infrastructure and the roadmap for moving to the new cloud. The migration stage itself took several hours.
