Terra360 is a smart construction control platform with an artificial intelligence-based mobile application. The platform allows you to easily manage several projects, distinguish between access to various functions, do digital panoramic shooting, virtual 3D tours of construction objects and create a "digital twin" with the option of viewing in 360 degrees mode. In addition, the platform automates a full cycle of operations related to the processes of work of construction control employees and their interaction with subcontractors in terms of production and acceptance of work. Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The software of the smart construction control platform of the Terra360 developed by Osnova Group of Companies is included in the Register of Russian software of the Ministry of Digital Engineering of Russia. The developer announced this on July 13, 2023.

Our product has fully confirmed its peculiarity and Russian origin. As of July 2023, it is used at all our construction sites, and is also tested by a large number of developers in the capital and Russian regions. Inclusion in the register will allow working with municipal and federal state structures, as well as corporations with state participation, - said Roman Nalepov.

This was facilitated by the large and painstaking team work of specialists from several units of the Osnova Group of Companies at once. In the process of inclusion in the Register, the Terra360 program code was checked for compliance with many criteria related to the confirmation of the development of this product by IT specialists from the Russian Federation and the absence of foreign components. Based on the results of the audit, a commission of leaders and experts of the Russian IT industry made a positive decision to include Terra360 in the Register of Russian Software.

Active work is underway on the integration of Russian BIM technologies, functions of automated control of masonry volumes, integration of forecast analysis on the timing of completion of work based on the development of work related to the actual presence of a certain number of people at the construction site.
