2023: Implementation of the Sherpa RPA platform

TYAZHMASH JSC will transform its operations by successfully introducing the Sherpa RPA robotic platform. This technology is focused on the automation and optimization of business processes related to the registration of the receipt of material values. Sherpa Robotics announced this on July 11, 2023.

The project was implemented according to pre-established algorithms and terms of reference, adapted to the specifics of Tyazhmash JSC. A robot integrated into the system starts either on a schedule or at the initiative of an employee. It automatically scans the directory containing scanned copies of documents. After successful processing of scans, the robot proceeds to the next stage - launches the necessary application and automatically fills in information about materials in the Spetssklad program. In this process, the robot also populates vendor and item information based on the data contained in the scanned copies of the documents.

This use of a robotic platform allows JSC Tyazhmash to significantly reduce the likelihood of errors, speed up processes, and free up employee time for more complex and important tasks.
