The specialists automated the process of managing sales in five product areas of the company in 10 branches, each of which used its own model. This CRM allows you to speed up the filling of customer cards using calculation fields, improve the quality of collected data through their standardization. Now you can define the areas of responsibility by assigning several employees to the customer - the sales manager and the maintenance manager. Specialists have implemented in the system the function of standardizing the address format in Yandex.Maps. It helps users enter the correct address that exists in the mapping service. Employees can also see all real and potential partners on the map. The module helps to segment customers by status and assign them to another manager within a branch or direction, or transfer them to another department.
