1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of a company performance Uyutdomservice. As a result of implementation "BIT:housing and public utilities 8" was reduced by 40% the term of conducting settlings with tenants, the debt of residents on utilities decreased, full control of cash flow appeared.
Uyutdomservice the company which is engaged in service of houses. The enterprise exercises control of housing stock, creates works orders on maintenance, service and repair of housing stock and on delivery of utilities.
At the time of implementation in the company the software on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform was used. For the management a specialized system for automation of work with personal accounts of the tenants and owners of the premises, a registration and the statement living was required for registration of privileges.
The need to reduce time for conducting settlings with tenants, increases in level of payments on services and control of cash flow became a project objective.
For the solution of above-mentioned tasks of the company the product "by BIT:housing and public utilities 8" which meets needs of the client and has the optimal price of implementation was selected.
