2023: Development of the GISOGD platform of the Russian Federation
SPC "BusinessAutomatics" on July 14, 2023 announced that it had developed and put into commercial operation the state information system for ensuring urban planning activities of the Russian Federation (GISOGD of the Russian Federation).
GISOGD RUSSIAN FEDERATION is designed to unite in a single digital environment data about the sphere constructions throughout the territory, Russia making it as transparent and accessible as possible to all market participants - federal executive bodies, bodies state power of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, bodies of state extra-budgetary funds, as well as legal individual entrepreneurs entities, and individuals.
The system consolidates data from more than 15 systems - GISOGD of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation,, UIAS Federal Information Address System, UIISS etc. With the help of seamless integration information about urban planning objects and processes, it is combined into the GISOGD of the Russian Federation, where it is distributed by classifiers and reference books. Within the framework of the system, a single circuit of regulated processes for NTD is formed. At the same time, it is possible to generate statistical and analytical reporting and display spatial data within the framework of the geo-information module.
As for citizens, they can find information about construction projects and territories in their personal accounts, submit applications and receive a full cycle of services.
When developing the system, the domestic low-code Visary platform was used, providing high speed, flexibility of customization and scaling, as well as fault tolerance. By July 2023, the system contains information on 236 million objects.
The functionality of the system has been developed and passed the appropriate certification for compliance with the requirements for information protection imposed by the legislation.
