Premises of creation of the project
In March, 2008 the management of DSK-5 made the decision on creation of the unified information system. Based on serious selection of solutions of different software products and suppliers, as a basis for creation of a system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", and as the partner company on implementation – Klyuchevoy Element Ltd was selected. Within the complex project automation operational, managerial and accounting with the help "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is already successfully complete.
Project Description
As a system for automation of a subsystem of "Personnel records and payroll" it was decided to use the product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" as the standard functionality of the implemented solution without completions as much as possible satisfies to basic needs when accounting the enterprise and rather fully covers requirements of the established business processes.
Project Progress
Works on implementation are performed at the maximum use of standard functionality of the application solution. Completions of standard functionality are minimized, the modifed functionality practically for 100% is implemented in the form of an additional subsystem that significantly reduces costs and facilitates process of future updates of a system.
For reflection of production specifics by calculation and salary accrual used at house-building plants, the following completions were executed:
- The special document for reflection in the system of operational information according to price-work dresses is created. This document is used for creation of the regulatory document of the "Price-work Dress for the Performed Works" system. The special printed forms considering specifics of the Customer are developed for the document;
- For the document "Price-work Dress for the Performed Works" - additional features when calculating an amount due are added to the employees according to specifics of the Customer. The feature for selection of the amount for evening and night hours, the amounts of brigadier and other surcharges is added;
- The report/register reflecting summary information on price-work dresses and containing data on total amount of the performed works and the amounts to charge with interpretation by types of charges is created;
Also the following service completions for work with standard functionality were executed:
- For the document "Price-work Dress for the Performed Works" - the feature for reflection of data in the pay-sheet and the pay slip is added, using different types of charges;
- The mechanism allowing to configure randomly the scheduler for automatic archiving of the database is developed;
Within a stage of the project the following works are performed:
- Carrying out preproject inspection, formation of the document "The Specification on Completion of a System";
- Development of functionality and testing;
- Works on loading in the system of initial data for the purposes of conducting personnel records and payroll:
- Personnel information on employees;
- Information on charges of employees for the last periods, necessary for calculation of average earnings;
- Training of employees of the Customer in rules of use of the implemented functionality of a system;
- Setup of unloading of data in the program of management of manufacturing plants;
- Setup of unloading of data on amount dues in the bank program;
- Accomplishment of organizational project works (meetings, approvals, correspondence, etc.);
- Maintenance of users at commercial operation of a system;
- Training of employees of group of implementation of the Customer in drawing up methods of work with the implemented functionality;
- Consultations of employees of group of implementation of the Customer on rules of implementation of functionality within this stage of tasks.
The functionality is started:
- automation of personnel office-work;
- procedural registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
- accounting of brigade dresses (operational and reflecting charges);
- calculation of the regulated salary of employees;
- calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
- reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
- management of monetary settlings with employees, including deposition.
On end of a stage of implementation, the following business processes are automated:
- procedural registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;
- accounting of brigade dresses (operational and reflecting charges);
- calculation of the regulated salary of employees;
- calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;
- reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise;
- management of monetary settlings with employees, including deposition;
- unloading of data on charges and taxes on FOT in the program of accounting;
- unloading of data on amount dues to the employees, in the bank program;
- unloading of the employees given about charges and experience for the pension fund and tax administration.
Project Result
The possibility of simultaneous operation of several services of the enterprise (Personnel department, Department of work and salary, the Payroll officer) in a common information space became a project deliverable that excluded double entry and loss of information, and also allowed to reduce time for data preparation and accomplishment of payroll of employees. Implementation of the information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to create analytical reports of any area of internal accounting in real time.
Now support of the Customer within the agreement of maintenance is performed.
