The range of the researches conducted in Laboratory constantly extends, i.e. the number of routine work continuously grows. For reduction of labor input of technology accounting processes the management of "LAGIS" made the decision to automate payroll calculation, personnel, accounting and tax accounting using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" software products based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.
Functionality of the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software products completely meets the requirements of customer company as allow to automate fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; payroll and taxes on wage fund; delivery of the regulated reporting; conducting the personified accounting, reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise and many other things.
Project Description
Due to restructuring of division of "LAGIS" there was a need for cardinal completion of an information system. For this purpose the company addressed the reliable partner on automation "1C: Homnet Consulting". By forces of the company "1C: Homnet Consulting" large-scale work on completion of all database software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" according to changes of structure of division was done. Also within carrying out extra works specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" carried out completion of a system of calculation of the PIT, set reconfigured on the salary and updated several releases of the software product. Created new printed forms: "Employment contract", Supplementary agreement, form of charge of a holiday to the staff of the organization and another.
Result
Specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" executed technical support of a system and rendered consulting services to the staff of LAGIS company.
Thanks to the done completions of an information system of the company it was succeeded to increase efficiency of execution of works on conducting accounting, tax and personnel records according to the changed structure of the enterprise. Thus, the management of "LAGIS" received full control over the processes happening in the company, there was also an opportunity to analyze personnel structure, to make management decisions on the basis of complete and reliable information.
Specialists expanded an information system, having created the new automated jobs.
