As a source in the transport industry told Interfax, Yevgeny Filippov will oversee transport security issues in the department. Prior to the appointment of the Deputy Minister, Filippov served as Deputy Director General for Security of RT-Capital LLC, Rostec's structure for working with problematic and non-core assets, a source close to this company told the agency.
