The system consists of a web interface and a mobile application. Employees responsible for organizing meetings form a calendar, create and edit meetings, add materials and an agenda, summarize the results with the formation of protocols according to the template, track the results of voting on each issue. Members of collegial bodies participate in meetings, form written opinions, vote and sign documents in a single information space. Users are notified of events and materials by email and by push notifications to mobile devices. Meeting invitations are added to the calendar based on the time zone.

With the introduction of ISCO "Areopad," the participants of the advisory bodies of the "New Mining Management" received:
