OptiTim Consulting has implemented the Optimacros corporate planning platform at Tinkoff

2023: Move to Optimacros platform

On July 19, 2023, OptiTim Consulting announced the introduction of the Optimacros corporate planning platform at Tinkoff.

Earlier in Tinkoff, the management reports of the operational unit were formed on the basis of the foreign Anaplan platform. In connection with the departure of Anaplan from the Russian market, Tinkoff specialists decided to migrate the current models to the Russian EPM/CPM platform for corporate planning Optimacros. Tinkoff entrusted the implementation of the project to the system integrator OptiTeam Consulting.

The collaboration began with a one-month pilot project. The successful implementation of the pilot made it possible to move to the main part of import substitution of foreign software. So they were implemented: the operating model, as well as the budgeting model of the insurance segment of the Tinkoff Group business. The project implementation period was four months. The total volume of models was 154 GB with which 100 business users work.

Optimacros is the closest domestic analogue of Anaplan, migration projects from the mentioned solution are typical for the OptiTeam team. The project in Tinkoff gave us a number of interesting tasks, including some of them were solved by improving the basic functionality of Optimacros software, - said Evgeny Yatsevich, managing partner of the consulting practice of OptiTim Consulting LLC.

During our cooperation with Tinkoff, we received a large number of valuable proposals for the development of the Optimacros platform. Their implementation will be useful not only for this project, but also for the market as a whole, and we are glad that we were able to implement the proposals of Tinkoff employees, - commented Svetlana Didych, Deputy General Director of Optimakros LLC.

As of July 2023, the import substitution project has been completed. The efforts of the project team made it possible not only to transfer the business processes of operational planning of Tinkoff to Optimacros, but also to significantly improve the methodology used, including by improving the quality of visualization of the processed data. Tinkoff plans to continue to develop the system on its own.
