ELAR completed scanning of personnel documentation for Adult City Clinic No. 122

According to the technical specifications developed by the Moscow Department of Healthcare, all personnel documentation of staff of health facilities of the city needs to be transferred on storage to archive of Department. At the same time, in addition to a paper set of documents, the selection of documents in electronic form should be also provided.

For implementation of this task by specialists of ELAR corporation works on scanning and creation of the help and search database of personnel documentation of staff of clinic were carried out. All works were carried out on the ELAR high-speed document scanners of Skamaks. This type of scanners is applied to stream digitization of the embroidered documentation and allows to process up to 300 pages per minute. The ELAR scanners of Skamaks provide high quality of the received electronic copies even during the work with the old, hushed-up or damaged originals, and specially developed feed gear of documents gives the chance to scan documents of different density, the sizes and superficial properties of paper in one pack.

As a result of the carried-out works the management of clinic timely provided personnel affairs of employees on long storage in Department of health care. Further, it will allow employees of Department to create in the shortest possible time in electronic form all necessary certificates of an experience and the salary at the request of citizens.
