2022: Automation of MR processes in the territory of the largest special economic zone in Russia "Alabuga"

30 workplaces were automated. At the stage of certification, 2,786 repair facilities were added to the 1S:TOIR.

The special economic zone is focused on the constant improvement of the infrastructure complex for residents. In 2022, Desnol Soft completed a project in JSC SEZ PPT Alabuga to introduce a software complex for managing repairs and maintenance of equipment -  solutions 1 C: TOIR 2 KORP and applications "Mobile Team." 1S:TOIR allows efficient management of engineering networks, motor transport facilities, video surveillance systems and other mechanisms responsible for uninterrupted operation of residents' enterprises.

Automation results

The implementation of the set goals made it possible analytical data to obtain, in order to assess the effectiveness of processes MR in the SEZ, make decisions on their optimization and create a further strategy for the technical development of the organization, optimize the warehouse stocks of materials and their planned need, as well as quickly form reports:

  • A transparent service system was created at all stages of work and increased responsibility for service results.
  • It is provided budgeting based on the actual indicators available for analysis.
  • Document flow has been accelerated.
  • There were opportunities to exclude errors due to the human factor when writing off materials.

Maintenance and repair processes are automated:

  • Accounting of equipment and regulations;
  • Accounting of operation indicators;
  • MRO planning;
  • Order and Work Management;
  • Repair Logistics Management.

Completed: integration 1C TOIR 2 KORP with systems: "1C: Accounting enterprises," 1C: Document Management"," 1C: Salary and Human Resources"."

The advantages of using an automated MR system are obvious and already tangible. As a result of the implementation of 1S:TOIR 2 KORP, we have a systematic accounting of equipment. Repair management has become transparent and understandable: we have at our disposal electronic schedules of WED and document management, which significantly speeds up the maintenance and repair processes. I note that the 1S:TOIR 2 BCC solution is perfectly integrated with operating systems without data loss,
