"Virtual IP-UATS" is an analog of ordinary telephone exchange and can perform much more functions. The conceptual difference consists that "Virtual IP-UATS" does not require installation directly from the client, management of service happens via the web interface.
The client of MTs NTT Ltd, being connected through a data network, both wire, and wireless, can use for communication both IP phones, and normal analog telephone sets. Besides, the client has an opportunity to perform communication via the program phones (softphone) loaded on the PC or the notebook. In this case, the conversation is carried on through the headset (earphones and the microphone) connected to the computer or via USB phone.
At the same time, the service "Virtual IP-UATS" allows to integrate subscribers as in one building, and to integrate the remote offices in a unified number plan that will provide a free voice communication between branches in Moscow, across Russia and in any country of the world.
Functionality of service "Virtual IP-UATS" is very broad. It is possible to manage with ease queue of calls and interfaces of users, to set readdressing on any phone numbers depending on the set tinctures, for example, on days of the week and time of day to each employee. Also, on the uniform multichannel phone number the subscriber will be able to receive not only standard phone calls, but also voice, facsimile messages and other services.
Besides, the service "Virtual IP-UATS" includes also the system of interactive voice interaction (IVR).
