The service Virtual IVR, in fact, represents an interactive help system which processes incoming calls with the set logic and distributes them among internal subscribers. It gives the chance to construct uniform communication space, having integrated all the phone numbers in uniform.
As separately provided service, Virtual IVR has a number of additional opportunities. With its help it is possible to organize the multichannel Moscow phone number, to write the entering voice messages and also to accept facsimile messages with the subsequent their transfer on the e-mail address.
"Virtual IP-UATS" and Virtual IVR provides to MTs NTT a wide choice of "beautiful" numbers in codes 499 and 495 for ensuring effective work of services and also numbers 8-800 on which calls are free from any phones within Russia.
Services "Virtual IP-UATS" and Virtual IVR will be provided to legal entities in all points of presence of MTs NTT Ltd.
